Biogas Recovery & Resource Utilization System

Description

I. Core Basic Parameters

1. Applicable Feedstock

  • Livestock manure, kitchen waste, food waste, sludge, straw, industrial organic wastewater, landfill gas

2. System Capacity

  • Small: 50–500 m³/d
  • Medium: 500–5000 m³/d
  • Large: 5000–50000 m³/d
  • Extra-large: Above 100,000 m³/d
  • Biogas composition: CH₄ 55%–70%, CO₂ 30%–45%
  • Purification: desulfurization (dry/wet) + dehydration + decontamination + deoxidation
  • Upgraded biomethane: CH₄ ≥ 97%
  • Desulfurization: H₂S ≤ 20 mg/m³
  • Operating temperature: ≤ 65℃ (mesophilic) / ≤ 55℃ (normal)
  • Power generation: 1 m³ biogas ≈ 1.8–2.2 kWh
  • Heating / boiler: 1 m³ biogas ≈ 5500–6000 kcal
  • Upgraded to CNG/LNG: for grid injection, vehicles, cylinders
  • Grid compliance: EU EN, US EPA, China GB standards

5. Equipment Configuration

  • Anaerobic digester / integrated reactor
  • Biogas desulfurization & dehydration skid
  • Double-membrane gas holder
  • Gas generator set / boiler / upgrading unit
  • PLC automatic control, remote monitoring, explosion-proof safety
  • Biogas is top-priority renewable energy under EU RED III
  • Eligible for green electricity tariffs, carbon credits, biomass subsidies
  • Mandatory for farms, livestock and food plants for environmental compliance
  • Upgraded biomethane can be injected into natural gas grid for high profit
  • Improves ESG rating and financing capacity

2. Americas (USA, Canada, Latin America)

  • Supported by RFS, carbon credits, 45Q tax credits
  • Ideal for large-scale livestock manure treatment
  • Landfill gas and agricultural biogas used for power, CNG and hydrogen
  • Containerized biogas system for scattered farms
  • Fully complies with EPA odor and emission regulations
  • Booming demand from livestock, palm oil, food processing and aquaculture
  • Biogas power for self-consumption and grid sales
  • Low-cost clean energy for rural areas and small factories
  • Adapted to high temperature and high humidity
  • Strong government support and subsidies
  • Rapid development of modern agriculture and intensive livestock
  • Biogas used for farm power, greenhouse heating, desalination
  • Anti-corrosion, dust-proof, high-temperature resistant design
  • Solar-biogas hybrid microgrid for carbon neutrality
  • Supported for kitchen waste and landfill gas utilization

5. Africa

  • Biogas provides the most affordable stable electricity
  • Uses abundant agricultural and breeding waste
  • Supplies power for villages, schools, hospitals and small businesses
  • Low investment, fast payback, eligible for World Bank / AfDB / UNDP funds
  • Improves sanitation and public health

4. Biogas project at livestock farm
5. Food waste / landfill gas utilization system

IV. Global Core Advantages

  • Turn waste into value: organic waste → clean energy
  • Stable fuel: not affected by oil & gas price fluctuations
  • Fully automatic: unattended, remote monitoring
  • Flexible applications: power, heat, gas, grid, vehicle fuel
  • Strong policy support: renewable energy, subsidies, carbon reduction worldwide
